沿革

  1. 1882Founded by first-generation brewer Kyusaku Mochizuki.
  2. 1954Resumed sake brewing after suspending production during World War II due to rice shortages.
  3. 1960Began selling the ginjo sake 'Hakuro' in April.
  4. 1968Won the gold award at the Tokyo University of Agriculture sake competition.
  5. 1984Began a streak of three consecutive gold awards at the National New Sake Awards starting this year.
  6. 2009Began brewing under Noto toji Koji Nishihara starting this brewing year.
  7. 2018Won gold at the National New Sake Awards for three consecutive brewing years (2016-2018), reaching 20 total gold awards.
