京都府産「500万石」を使用。精米した純米大吟醸酒。お米700kgに対して少量の米で醸し、上槽後は無濾過瓶詰めを行い、丁寧に瓶詰めした後は冷蔵瓶保管で品質管理を徹底しています。 派手すぎない上品な吟醸香は爽やかな印象で、五百万石のような美しい米の旨みと、心地よくシャープな酸味が特徴です。 プラグを外した直後は爽やかさが感じられ、その後は徐々にまとまりが出てきて非常にバランスが良くなります。 冷たいだけでなく、常温やぬる燗もおすすめです。和食はもちろん、洋食など様々な料理とよく合います。

We are working on sake brewing with thoughts on one. In 1993, we started manufacturing plum wine using the local Aoya -shin "Kiju White". It is soaked in a large grain and pickled plums like peach -like plums, and is popular as a local product as a long -aged plum wine stored for more than 3 years.
