九州大分県南部に位置するグルメの街・佐伯市に明治18年創業の酒蔵です。大正元年に事業を引き継ぎ、蔵を佐伯市船後町から上浦へ移転しました。海岸から約400m、赤石荒滝の伏流水を仕込み水に使用しています。水と酒精を一切加えない「香り豊かで旨みある食中酒」をコンセプトに、情熱と愛情を込めた酒造りを行っています。
