HANAEMI is produced by Oochishuzo Co., Ltd., a revived brewery in Saiki City, Oita Prefecture, which relaunched as a proprietary limited company in 2019 and released the Hanaemi series as a symbol of its fresh start. The brewery unveiled a new two-story brewing facility dedicated to producing HANAEMI and its sister line, Sachikaze, with a target output of 60KL over three years. HANAEMI Junmai Daiginjo is noted for gentle sweetness, balanced umami, and a refreshing finish best enjoyed chilled in a wine glass.
