將春季經過一次火入處理的吟釀在夏季慢慢熟成,於秋季不經加熱出貨的冷卸酒。源自六道木花酵母AB-2的果香如涼爽秋風般徐徐蔓延,經夏融化後圓潤的風味與當季秋食材十分相配。精米步合55%。
