使用100%兵庫縣產酒造好適米「山田錦」,將精磨至40%的純米大吟釀精心壓榨,只取其一滴裝瓶的數量限定酒。以700kg少量米釀造,上槽後逐一精心裝瓶,以冷藏瓶保管,品質管理一絲不苟。沉浸在令人聯想到華美果實的吟釀香中,果香馥郁而風味豐盈,同時兼具袋搾帶來的高雅柔和口感,是一款奢華之作。開瓶後立即感受到清爽,之後隨時間推移愈加均衡,整體非常協調。除冷飲外,常溫亦推薦。

城陽酒造位於京都府城陽市,距京都與奈良各約五公里,1895年在溫暖的氣候與木津川地下水(軟水)的恩惠下成立,1973年正式法人化。作為京都南山城地區唯一的清酒釀造廠,酒造傳承創業以來的釀造技術,每年持續挑戰新嘗試,以生酒、瓶內二次發酵、冷藏瓶儲等方式呈現清酒原本的鮮活風味。1993年起以當地青谷梅「城州白」釀造梅酒,選用大粒飽滿如桃般的梅子醃製,經3年以上長期熟成,深受好評。
