使用代表京都的酒造好適米,精米步合60%的特別純米酒。少量仕込釀造,上槽後無過濾瓶裝,並嚴格冷藏保管,品質管理一絲不苟。沉浸在令人聯想到麝香葡萄或鳳梨的清爽香氣中,以乾淨地襯托出祝米特有濃厚米旨味的爽利酸味為特色。開瓶後立即感受到清爽,之後隨時間推移愈加均衡,整體非常協調。不僅適合冷飲,常溫或溫飲均推薦。

城陽酒造位於京都府城陽市,距京都與奈良各約五公里,1895年在溫暖的氣候與木津川地下水(軟水)的恩惠下成立,1973年正式法人化。作為京都南山城地區唯一的清酒釀造廠,酒造傳承創業以來的釀造技術,每年持續挑戰新嘗試,以生酒、瓶內二次發酵、冷藏瓶儲等方式呈現清酒原本的鮮活風味。1993年起以當地青谷梅「城州白」釀造梅酒,選用大粒飽滿如桃般的梅子醃製,經3年以上長期熟成,深受好評。
