使用100%優質米「五百萬石」,以無過濾生原酒特有的四段仕込方式釀造,上槽後將剛剛壓榨的無過濾酒直接瓶裝送達。新酒期間自11月末新酒發售起在標籤上標注新酒期間。新鮮的風味堪稱絕品。可以盡情享受無過濾生酒特有的芳醇香氣與圓潤口感。春季以後隨著時間推移,醇厚與豐盈感逐漸增加,成為風味深邃的特色。飲用方式:推薦冷飲或加冰。

城陽酒造位於京都府城陽市,距京都與奈良各約五公里,1895年在溫暖的氣候與木津川地下水(軟水)的恩惠下成立,1973年正式法人化。作為京都南山城地區唯一的清酒釀造廠,酒造傳承創業以來的釀造技術,每年持續挑戰新嘗試,以生酒、瓶內二次發酵、冷藏瓶儲等方式呈現清酒原本的鮮活風味。1993年起以當地青谷梅「城州白」釀造梅酒,選用大粒飽滿如桃般的梅子醃製,經3年以上長期熟成,深受好評。
