Uses a rice suitable for sake brewing "5 million stone". 65 % positive pure rice sake. Brewed with small preparation, after the upper tank, we performed unfiltered, performed bottling, and carefully carried out the quality of the bottle, and also thoroughly manage the quality by storing the refrigerated bottle. There is a calm fragrance like Junmai sake and a fresh and solid body, and it is a flavor that is harmonious with the plump acidity. Immediately after removing the plug, the freshness is felt, and after that, the cohesiveness gradually comes out and the balance becomes very good. It is recommended not only for cold but also at room temperature and warm. It goes well with a slightly darker seasoning dish.
