使用京都府產「五百萬石」,將精磨至40%的純米大吟釀中最精華的部分單獨裝瓶的限定酒。以700kg米為基礎少量釀造,上槽後無過濾瓶裝,逐一精心裝瓶後以冷藏瓶保管,品質管理一絲不苟。不過分張揚的典雅吟釀香給人清爽印象,芳醇而美麗的米鮮味與乾淨爽快的酸味相得益彰。開瓶後立即感受到清爽,之後隨時間推移愈加均衡,整體非常協調。除冷飲外,常溫亦推薦。與日式料理自不必說,也非常適合搭配洋食等各類菜餚。

城陽酒造位於京都府城陽市,距京都與奈良各約五公里,1895年在溫暖的氣候與木津川地下水(軟水)的恩惠下成立,1973年正式法人化。作為京都南山城地區唯一的清酒釀造廠,酒造傳承創業以來的釀造技術,每年持續挑戰新嘗試,以生酒、瓶內二次發酵、冷藏瓶儲等方式呈現清酒原本的鮮活風味。1993年起以當地青谷梅「城州白」釀造梅酒,選用大粒飽滿如桃般的梅子醃製,經3年以上長期熟成,深受好評。
