被稱為特A地區的最高級酒鄉。這是一款以兵庫縣三木川町吉川町的酒米農家「桐畑」種植的合同栽培米「愛山」釀製的限定酒。上槽後無過濾瓶裝,瓶裝後嚴格冷藏保管,品質管理一絲不苟。沉穩的香氣與挺拔的骨架令人印象深刻,高雅的米鮮味與爽利的酸味相平衡,餘韻令人心曠神怡。取出後立即呈現新鮮的氣泡感與清爽風味。開瓶後隨時間推移,醇味與鮮味逐漸融合,酒本來的旨味徐徐展開。此商品為限量產品。

城陽酒造位於京都府城陽市,距京都與奈良各約五公里,1895年在溫暖的氣候與木津川地下水(軟水)的恩惠下成立,1973年正式法人化。作為京都南山城地區唯一的清酒釀造廠,酒造傳承創業以來的釀造技術,每年持續挑戰新嘗試,以生酒、瓶內二次發酵、冷藏瓶儲等方式呈現清酒原本的鮮活風味。1993年起以當地青谷梅「城州白」釀造梅酒,選用大粒飽滿如桃般的梅子醃製,經3年以上長期熟成,深受好評。
