充分引出了山田錦高雅的風味,配合標籤設計,入喉感極佳。同時也帶有聖誕節的氣氛。標籤設計「蜻蜓越冬卵與雪人標籤」,是一款描繪在象徵冬日田野的雪人腳下等待春天到來的「蜻蜓越冬卵」的冬日風情設計。關於「粉雪」的說明:所有產品均採用傳統酒袋進行「船搾」壓榨,這是有原因的。桶搾法相比其他上部桶方式,對酒內酒精變化更為敏感。簡而言之,分為:1.最初渾濁的生酒「荒走」;2.酒袋孔眼堵塞後從醪糟層透出的透明「中取」;3.最後榨盡壓力的「責」。比例上約為荒走15%、中取70%、責15%。這款「薄濁」正是活用荒走渾濁狀態的作品,因標籤得名,泉橋酒造稱這種狀態為「粉雪」。如粉雪般輕盈順口,是一款爽快的新酒,請盡情享用。
