Saketansan Old is a darker sparkling sake expression from Fukumitsuya, incorporating aged sake character into the carbonated format. Fukumitsuya's Kanazawa roots and junmai-only commitment since 1989 give this fizzy old-style sake an unusually grounded, complex base.
