今田酒造規模雖小，卻專注於出產高品質吟釀酒，主要使用廣島縣產的酒造好適米，尤其致力於復育廣島最古老的本地酒米品種「八反草佐」。酒造所在的廣島縣安藝津町是三浦仙三郎的故鄉，他首創以軟水釀製吟釀酒，被譽為「吟釀之父」。酒造傳承百餘年的技藝與傳統，持續向世界傳播廣島吟釀的魅力。

- 1868Founded in the first year of the Meiji era.
- 1910Registered "Fukucho" as a trademark.
- 1912Opened a Tokyo branch office in the first year of the Taisho era.
- 1950Incorporated as Imada Sake Brewing Co., Ltd.
- 1997Began exporting to Hong Kong and the United States.
- 2000Miho Imada became the brewery's toji (master brewer).
- 2017Miho Imada became president; Fukucho Hattansou Junmai Ginjo won a Platinum Top 10 award at the first France Kura Master.
- 2020Miho Imada was the only Japanese person selected for the BBC's 100 Women list.
