復甦廣島縣最古老的在來種酒米"八草"。為了釀造真正屬於廣島的酒,尋找到了適合廣島氣候的酒米。八草100多年來從未種植,但種苗保存於廣島縣農業試驗場的基因庫中,經過6年終於擴充至一個酒罐的用量。此後與適合栽培的廣島縣北部農家簽約,持續種植至今。「富久純米大吟釀 一滴妙花若風」是將40%精米的純米大吟釀袋中滴落的每一滴原液悉心收集而成的極致奢華之酒。請盡情享受以純樸釀造技術精心呈現的奢華風味。
