Em meados da era Meiji, o 'Suishin' nasceu da unificacao de mais de 20 variedades de sake. O tradicional sake de Hiroshima, caracterizado pelo perfil 'seco e suave', conquistou o coracao de muitos clientes ate hoje. O sake preparado com Yamada Nishiki de alta qualidade em abundancia para o koji de arroz e o arroz pendurado, elaborado com agua mole, permite apreciar a estacao e a passagem suave pela garganta durante todas as estacoes. Alem disso, por ser seco, a combinacao com os pratos e excepcional.

1860
Suishin Yamane Honten was founded (Man'en 1).
1912
Won first place at the 2nd National Sake Fair, hosted by the Ministry of Finance.
1914
The National Tax Agency's brewing research institute identified the brewery's proprietary yeast as Association Yeast No. 3 in a nationwide survey of excellent yeasts.
1924
Received the Award of Excellence at the National Sake Fair for the third consecutive time, earning a special 'Meiyosho' (Honor Award) granted only once before to Suishin for three consecutive wins.
1939
Selected as one of only three sake brands nationwide designated as tokuhitsu-shu (specially noted sake).
1955
Received a commendation and a ceremonial wooden sake cup from the Emperor.
1956
Launched 'Young Suishin,' refined using Japan's first bottle-aging storage method (bin-gakoi) developed by the brewery's third-generation master.
2000
Discovered the ultra-soft water source 'Buna no Megumi' at the foot of Mt. Takanosu.
