🍶
Description
This usunigori (lightly cloudy) namazake from Hashimoto Shuzo in Shiga is bottled unpasteurized with a small amount of fine rice sediment remaining in suspension, adding a gentle creaminess and mild sweetness to the palate. The namazake character keeps the sake bright and fresh, while the nigori element softens the finish.
