The Josen Nori Hissho honjozo from Kuramitsu Shuzo is brewed at Oita City's only remaining sake brewery, founded in 1864, using Ono River subterranean water. This honjozo follows the brewery's tradition of handcrafted, small-batch production developed across four generations.
