Matsue City, a water and green town, is a quiet water town where the features of Matsudaira 186,000 stones are still vividly breathing. The tradition of sake brewing in Izumo myths is now widely known for its excellent brewing technology inherited by Mr. Izumo. Our company, which was founded in 1873, has continued to brew the rich and mellow sake li -white that won many awards from the skillful harmony of old and modern sake brewing technology.
