Hakutsuru
Hakutsuru Sake Brewing fue fundada en 1743 por Jihei Kano en el distrito de Nada en Kobe, una región cuya agua dura Miyamizu y acceso a la bahía de Osaka la establecieron como la capital del sake en Japón. La empresa fue la primera en vender sake en botellas de vidrio preenvasadas en 1878 y llevó la marca a audiencias internacionales en la Exposición Universal de París de 1900. Hoy Hakutsuru tiene el mayor volumen de ventas de sake en Japón, con la marca White Crane Maru ocupando el primer lugar entre los sake envasados a nivel nacional.
