Elaborado desde 1743 en el barrio 'Nada Gogo' de Kobe, esta casa aprovecha el agua pura 'Miyui', el arroz para sake Yamada Nishiki cultivado en las cercanías y la técnica tradicional de los toji de Tamba. Durante todo el año se producen sus cuvées características, y desde hace más de diez años se cultiva internamente la propia variedad de arroz 'Shirazuru Nishiki'. Guiada por el lema 'Un corazón amigable que trasciende el tiempo', la casa permanece atenta a los cambios de cada época, adopta siempre la perspectiva del consumidor y persigue sin compromiso la excelencia en la elaboración.

The nose smells like cold, rice and tropical fruits. The mouth feel is wonderful. It’s smooth and viscous and thick. Almost like drinking heavy water. Lots of pear flavor. The sake opens up as you drink it more. There are flavors of peach and watermelon rind. A very good sake that impresses with its lightness, but also richness in the mid palette.
