Der Anteil an sake mit spezifischer Bezeichnung beträgt 98 %. Das Brauen ist nicht vollständig handgemacht. Wir streben nach besserem sake, indem wir menschliche Hände einsetzen, wenn sie gebraucht werden, und den Kopf, wenn Nachdenken gefragt ist. Der verwendete Reis stammt aus Vertragsanbau in Bizen-cho, und die nur hier vorhandene Apfelhefe hat sich in ihrer Zeit durchgesetzt. Diese sorgfältig hergestellten sake liefern wir den Kunden ohne Filtration.
