被称为特A地区的最高级酒乡。这是一款使用兵库县三木川町吉川町的酒米农家"桐畑"种植的合同栽培米"山田锦"酿制的限定酿造酒。上槽后无过滤瓶装,瓶装后严格冷藏保管,品质管理一丝不苟。香气温和而深邃,具有山田锦特有的浓郁风味。充分发挥米之力量的丰盈口感,与收束整体的高雅酸味令人心旷神怡地徐徐展开。取出后立即呈现新鲜的气泡感与清爽风味。开瓶后随时间推移,醇味与鲜味逐渐融合,酒本来的旨味徐徐展开。此商品为限量产品。

城阳酒造位于京都府城阳市,距京都与奈良各约五公里,1895年在温暖的气候与木津川地下水(软水)的恩惠下成立,1973年正式法人化。作为京都南山城地区唯一的清酒酿造厂,酒造传承创业以来的酿造技术,每年持续挑战新尝试,以生酒、瓶内二次发酵、冷藏瓶储等方式呈现清酒原本的鲜活风味。1993年起以当地青谷梅"城州白"酿造梅酒,选用大粒饱满如桃般的梅子腌制,经3年以上长期熟成,深受好评。
