使用代表京都的酒造好适米,精米步合60%的特别纯米酒。少量仕込酿造,上槽后无过滤瓶装,并严格冷藏保管,品质管理一丝不苟。沉浸在令人联想到麝香葡萄或菠萝的清爽香气中,以干净地衬托出祝米特有浓厚米旨味的爽利酸味为特色。开瓶后立即感受到清爽,之后随时间推移愈加均衡,整体非常协调。不仅适合冷饮,常温或温饮均推荐。

城阳酒造位于京都府城阳市,距京都与奈良各约五公里,1895年在温暖的气候与木津川地下水(软水)的恩惠下成立,1973年正式法人化。作为京都南山城地区唯一的清酒酿造厂,酒造传承创业以来的酿造技术,每年持续挑战新尝试,以生酒、瓶内二次发酵、冷藏瓶储等方式呈现清酒原本的鲜活风味。1993年起以当地青谷梅"城州白"酿造梅酒,选用大粒饱满如桃般的梅子腌制,经3年以上长期熟成,深受好评。
