使用100%优质米"五百万石",以无过滤生原酒特有的四段仕込方式酿造,上槽后将刚刚压榨的无过滤酒直接瓶装送达。新酒期间自11月末新酒发售起在标签上标注新酒期间。新鲜的风味堪称绝品。可以尽情享受无过滤生酒特有的芳醇香气与圆润口感。春季以后随着时间推移,醇厚与丰盈感逐渐增加,成为风味深邃的特色。饮用方式:推荐冷饮或加冰。

城阳酒造位于京都府城阳市,距京都与奈良各约五公里,1895年在温暖的气候与木津川地下水(软水)的恩惠下成立,1973年正式法人化。作为京都南山城地区唯一的清酒酿造厂,酒造传承创业以来的酿造技术,每年持续挑战新尝试,以生酒、瓶内二次发酵、冷藏瓶储等方式呈现清酒原本的鲜活风味。1993年起以当地青谷梅"城州白"酿造梅酒,选用大粒饱满如桃般的梅子腌制,经3年以上长期熟成,深受好评。
