使用100%与米亲和性高的"山田锦",精磨至55%的限定酿造纯米吟醸。少量仕込酿造,上槽后无过滤瓶装,并严格冷藏保管,品质管理一丝不苟。使用与普通纯米吟醸不同的酵母,以华美的吟醸香为特色。清新的风味与果香弥漫,高雅的酸味带来令人舒适的口感。开瓶后立即感受到清爽,之后随时间推移愈加均衡,整体非常协调。除冷饮外,常温亦推荐。

城阳酒造位于京都府城阳市,距京都与奈良各约五公里,1895年在温暖的气候与木津川地下水(软水)的恩惠下成立,1973年正式法人化。作为京都南山城地区唯一的清酒酿造厂,酒造传承创业以来的酿造技术,每年持续挑战新尝试,以生酒、瓶内二次发酵、冷藏瓶储等方式呈现清酒原本的鲜活风味。1993年起以当地青谷梅"城州白"酿造梅酒,选用大粒饱满如桃般的梅子腌制,经3年以上长期熟成,深受好评。
