今田酒造规模虽小，却专注于出产高品质吟酿酒，主要使用广岛县产的酒造好适米，尤其致力于复育广岛最古老的本地酒米品种"八反草佐"。酒造所在的广岛县安艺津町是三浦仙三郎的故乡，他首创以软水酿制吟酿酒，被誉为"吟酿之父"。酒造传承百余年的技艺与传统，持续向世界传播广岛吟酿的魅力。

沿革
- 1868Founded in the first year of the Meiji era.
- 1910Registered "Fukucho" as a trademark.
- 1912Opened a Tokyo branch office in the first year of the Taisho era.
- 1950Incorporated as Imada Sake Brewing Co., Ltd.
- 1997Began exporting to Hong Kong and the United States.
- 2000Miho Imada became the brewery's toji (master brewer).
- 2017Miho Imada became president; Fukucho Hattansou Junmai Ginjo won a Platinum Top 10 award at the first France Kura Master.
- 2020Miho Imada was the only Japanese person selected for the BBC's 100 Women list.
