以高知县北川村产的高品质柚子与广岛特产柠檬为基底，加入蜂蜜天然甜味酿制的原色纯米酒。天然果实香气浓郁，柚子的微苦与柠檬的酸味构成绝妙风味层次。可纯饮、加冰、兑苏打水或热水多种方式享用。由于使用天然果汁，果汁或果皮成分可能沉淀或漂浮，不影响品质。漂浮于表面的白色油脂是顶级柚子的标志，含有香气成分，饮用前请充分摇匀。
