Description

传承广岛酿酒技艺的先代安广清隆先生所酿之酒由其弟子出品。1989年以40%精米磨制山田锦,以传承软水酿造法的广岛技艺酿造而成的砥取大吟酿。装瓶后连同原酒一同静静保存于冷藏库中。历经约30年岁月,依然散发着透明纯净光辉的富久年份酒,融合最尖端技术而成的"富久 LEGACY 喜寿"。贵酿酒是三段式酿造最后一段以日本酒代替水酿造的奢华之作,第三段使用二宅长年份酒,将40%精米技术与吟酿酿造技术融为一体。
