沿革

  1. 1414The Kanda family's ancestors moved from Kyoto to Tamana District, Higo Province.
  2. 1902Kanda Kakuji and his son Mosaku founded Hananoka Shuzo.
  3. 1992The company was incorporated as Hananoka Shuzo Co., Ltd.
  4. 2011Kiyotaka Kanda became the 6th-generation head of the brewery.
  5. 2015The junmai sake 'Ouka', made with locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice, was born.
  6. 2017The Kikuchi River basin was certified as a Japan Heritage site, and the brewery received various awards.
  7. 2021The brewery adopted 'Ubusuna' as its guiding philosophy.
  8. 2022The 'Ubusuna' product line was launched.
