这是一款近年来以自家农地与菊池川之水为基础,通过自然栽培奇迹般复活的稀有佳酿。散发着香蕉与松树般华丽的香气,蕴含着这片土地独有的气息以及酵母等微生物的细腻层次,是独一无二的存在。穗增(Homase)是近年复活的熊本东部传统稻米品种,1830年于江户时代的肥后国(今熊本县)播种,主要在以熊本为中心的九州地区栽培。江户末期,曾在大阪堂岛米谷交易所多次创下"天下第一米"的最高价格纪录。2017年,熊本县的农户从仅剩的40粒种子中成功实现复活栽培。
