Muroka nama genshu brewed from Omachi rice polished to 70%, collected using the traditional mukaatsu-tori surface-skimming method at a Tochigi brewery founded in 1860. The low-polished Omachi grain delivers a concentrated, boldly flavored sake with a ripe, fruit-forward sweetness and the brewery's signature transparent acidity.
