Honjozo from Suishin Yamane Honten in Mihara, Hiroshima, produced at a brewery founded in 1860 that draws on ultra-soft water from the Buna no Megumi aquifer. Suishin's hallmark style of clear, food-compatible dryness with well-integrated aroma and smooth throat feel defines this standard expression.
