2005年現任藏元山本開始釀酒時誕生的第二品牌。如今已成為山本酒造的主力品牌。最初的理念是由山本親自負責從精米到榨酒的全部工序,但隨著產量逐年增加,近年來已由山本擔任指揮,員工各自負責相應工序。如果真的全國的山本先生都來購買,也許一天就能售罄,但現實並沒有那麼甜蜜。
