Okura Iroha Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku Goju Murokaseinamagenshu is a junmai ginjo from KK Ookurahonke in Nara brewed with Gohyakumangoku rice at 50 percent polishing, bottled without charcoal filtration, dilution, or pasteurization. This unfiltered, undiluted namazake retains its natural cloudiness and vibrant raw character. The combination of muroka, genshu, and nama elements creates a layered, full-bodied sake with fresh, lively aromas.
