Named after a celebrated master brewer, this junmai ginjo nama is brewed with Koshi Tanrei rice polished to 50%, using techniques passed down through the brewery's brewing lineage in Nagaoka, Niigata. A seasonal limited release, it expresses the clean, dry character of the house style with a fresh, unpasteurized profile.
