創業於萬延元年(1860年)的若駒酒造引以為豪的屋號「金圓」之作。使用傳承自戰前的木桶釀造,以雫取法精心壓榨的無過濾生原酒。可以直接享受到木桶帶來的複雜風味與生原酒特有的新鮮鮮味。
