Kaishuichi Daiginjo comes from a brewery with over 380 years of history in Aizu Wakamatsu, Fukushima, that won first place at the National Sake Tasting Competition in the early Showa era. The daiginjo level reflects the brewery's competition-grade craft tradition, carried forward in a remarkably small, intimate brewing space.
