酒藏於1979年創立於被稱為「海之京都」的舞鶴市。曾一度停產,2006年恢復釀造,現由藏主(社長)的妻子擔任杜氏(製造負責人),與信賴的員工夫妻同心,共同投入釀酒事業。酒藏堅守純米酒路線,只使用本地米,少量精心釀造,不添加多餘成分。
