這是一款地域特色鮮明的純米酒,在出道之年便在SAKE Competition 2017中一舉榮獲第三名。起初,吳地區的農戶因缺乏繼承人而苦惱,但隨後在釀造業興盛的吳地開始種植酒米。酒米種植並未遇到太多困難,最終培育出了品質優良的大米。這款酒米飽含著對吳地未來的希望,被命名為「未希吳」。以此米為原料,由吳地的酒藏以吳地之水釀造而成,堪稱「THE 吳之純米酒」。
