如同人心般細膩柔和的氣泡、溫和的香氣、溫和的味道。可享受高雅氣泡的生酒。但開瓶時請用濕毛巾等覆蓋瓶口,多次開合瓶蓋緩慢排出氣體。瓶內氣體有時會急速噴出,但這種緊張感也暗暗受到歡迎。
