Aihara Shuzo Co., Ltd.

Hiroshima
Aihara Sake Brewery is a small sake brewery founded in 1875 (Meiji 8) in Ninata, Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, which flourished as a brewing town. I can't make a lot. I always thought about how to taste it rather than it would take more time than to make it easier, and chose to be a small sake brewery to aim for further up. "Moon after the rain" is a brand that imagined the month that lightly illuminates the night sky after the rain. We are aiming for alcohol with "elegant, depressed, transparent feeling". The three warehouses are to use the best raw materials that brew all items in Daiginjo, store all items refrigerated. The luxurious lineup of sake rice, such as Yamada Nishiki, Aiyama, and Omachi, Akaiwa, Okayama Prefecture, is a flagship product of the storehouse. The prepared water is clean underwater from the Seto Inland Sea National Park, Mt. Noro. Mori is Atsushi Horimoto, who has developed the flow of Hiroshima Tori, who developed the soft water brewing method. We will continue to pursue alcohol that we think is delicious.
