相原酒造是一家創立於1875年(明治8年)的小型酒倉,位於廣島縣吳市仁方,該地區歷史上曾繁盛一時。酒倉堅持小量精釀,始終將美味置於產量之上。品牌名「雨後之月」意象來自雨後輕照夜空的月亮,追求「優雅、沉穩、通透」的清酒風格。所有酒款均以大吟釀級別釀造,使用山田錦、愛山及岡山縣赤磐產雄町等優質酒米,並全程冷藏儲存;釀造用水為瀨戶內海國立公園野呂山腳下的清潔地下水。
