福祿壽酒造創立於1688年(江戶元祿年間),初代渡邊彥兵衛在秋田縣五城目町開始釀酒。五城目町位於以男鹿半島和生剝鬼聞名的八郎湖以東,當地建築多使用秋田杉木,倉前還有已有五百年歷史的早市。釀酒用水取自酒藏院內的地下水,釀酒原料米則由當地「五城目酒米研究會」的簽約農家供應。以「以米之地、水之地、人之地」為主題,致力於釀造出能讓人感受到秋田縣五城目町獨特文化的清酒,2017年更成立農業法人,深化與簽約農家的合作。
