Now, to the summit of Omachi. The "Omae Sake Bigami -cho Project" challenges the highest peak of sake rice and Omachi. Bodhi 酛 Junmai Daiginjo brewed in a large 2.2mm largest Omachi, which is beautifully like a ball. From the cultivation of Omachi to the harvest, sake brewing and fermentation processes, we made the best choice for all the skills and experience of sake rice producers and sake brewery. From the ultimate liquor, you should be able to feel the dignity of the masterpiece (= masterpiece) of the year. But it's not a luxurious thing. I hope that we can share with as many people as possible through this sake, from the warmth, mud odor and soil touch.
