Fujisaki Sobei Shoten traces its origin to 1728, founded by Omi merchants who carried with them the Sanpo Yoshi philosophy of mutual benefit for buyer, seller, and society. In 2018, the brewery relocated to Nagatoro, a scenic gorge town in Saitama Prefecture, committing to an SAITAMA ORIGINAL brewing identity built on local rice and natural water from the Nagatoro area. The brewery operates under the motto polished with skill, brewed with heart, producing junmai, junmai ginjo, and junmai daiginjo styles across its Nagatoro brand lineup.
