- 1956About ten years after the end of WWII, in January 1956, the license to brew sake was restored. During the war, the brewery had been forced to suspend sake production under a government industry-consolidation order and instead held a fruit-wine (brandy) license, supplying the military.
- 1970年代Began producing apple wine in the 1970s. Around the same time the brewery started growing Riesling and Niagara grapes, and wine production became full-scale.
- 2006Won a Gold Award at the National New Sake Awards for the 2005 brewing year (announced May 2006).
- 2011Received an award at the National New Sake Awards for the 2010 brewing year (announced May 2011).
- 2012Received an award at the National New Sake Awards for the 2011 brewing year (announced May 2012).
