Sansha Junmai Ginjo Hanakobo Dukuri is brewed by Harada Brewery in Takayama, Gifu, with abelia flower yeast AB-2 and Hida Homare rice polished to 55%, delivering a tropical, juicy ginjo aroma reminiscent of fresh apples. The Hida cold-winter brewing tradition and natural mountain water of the Takayama region give this sake a clean, balanced profile with a crisp, dry finish. This Kura Master gold medal winner is one of the brewery's signature expressions.
