Description
Sansha Daiginjo Hanakobo Dukuri Aberia is crafted by Harada Brewery in Takayama, Gifu, using Yamadanishiki rice polished to 40% and the proprietary flower yeast HNG-5 isolated from abelia flowers. Slow, low-temperature fermentation produces an elegant, fruity aroma and a smooth, refined umami that earned this sake the Grand Gold Award at the Wine Glass Delicious Sake Awards. All brewing processes are carried out by hand, reflecting the brewery's meticulous Hida cold-winter brewing tradition.
