Sansha Tokubetsu Honjozo Kyokuten is a special honjozo from Harada Brewery in Hida Takayama, positioned as a premium expression within the honjozo tier under the Kyokuten (Zenith) name. The brewery, founded in 1855 in the merchant district of Sanno-machi, uses Hida Homare rice and cold mountain spring water, employing the traditional Hida cold-winter slow-brewing method for a refined, clean profile with good depth of flavor.
